I am taking a quarter off school. Yay!
This means I will have most Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays free for hiking.
Weekday warriors, please let me know if you'd like to do a hike or two together. Thanks :)

Mon, December 11, 2006 - 11:23 AMMy massive project is done with as of report signoff this week, then we just have post-production support to deal with. Then I have my new project, but it's going really well so I don't think it's going to keep me from taking a day or two off. -

Re: Winter Hikes
Tue, December 12, 2006 - 8:58 AMBellingham and Mt.Baker are in Whatcom. So is most of North Cascades National Park. Why, Its the most beautiful place on Earth in the summer... Winter hikes include Oyster Dome and the Bat caves with views of the San Juan islands. Pine and Cedar Lakes with views of Mt. Baker and San Juans. Those are snow-free. Then there's snow hikes under giant firs, lots of Baker view trails. Tons.
